In this chapter, you will see a series of short rhythm patterns. Each question includes an image of a one-measure rhythm pattern. Look at the image, and count the rhythm out loud.

When you think you know how the rhythm should sound, play the recording. The rhythm that you hear will either be the same on that you see, or it will be different. Your job is to determine: does the rhythm that you see match the one that you hear? For each question, you will select “yes” or “no.”
